1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 53,00,000 and KRW 45,000 among them, the Defendant shall start from February 1, 2017 to May 14, 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) was amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the previous Promotion Act, shall apply to the period until May 31, 2019, but since the statutory interest rate under the Promotion Act was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, the excess portion shall be dismissed.
