1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall be KRW 4,043,00 and a rate of 20% per annum from September 1, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Defendants of applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. The statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) was amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate of the existing Promotion Act, shall apply to the period until May 31, 2019. However, since the statutory interest rate of the Promotion Act was changed from June 1, 2019 to 12% per annum, the damages for delay shall be recognized at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the parts in excess shall be dismissed.
