1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 130,000,000 and the interest thereon from January 24, 2007 to the date of full payment.

1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the Defendants agreed on January 15, 2004 to compensate the Plaintiff for KRW 130,000,000 for operating losses of the futures option account opened in Samsung Securities until June 30, 2004.

2. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the above agreed amount of KRW 130,000,000 and damages for delay at a rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 24, 2007 to the day of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff, as to the above agreed amount of KRW 130,000,000, and as to this, the Plaintiff is jointly and severally liable to pay
