A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2018 and June 2018, the Defendant continued to undergo medical treatment at the “E Hospital” and “F Hospital” without being able to care even though her father B had undergone two or more vertebrate spawn surgery at the “D Hospital” located in Busan Dong-gu, and had his father undergo the first operation at the “D Hospital” (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and the father’s disease aggravated even though she had undergone the first operation at the “D Hospital” (hereinafter “instant hospital”). 1. Special intimidation;

A. B. On October 3, 2018, around 09:44, the Defendant: (a) landed from the 9th-class nurse training room of the instant hospital into the 9th-class nurse training room of the instant hospital; (b) told the victim N (27 years old); and (c) stated the victim’s O (26 years old), that “the head of the veterinary nurse or nursing division is not a director of the nursing division; and (d) the victim was sittingd with the P doctor.” On three occasions, the part of the scke board that the victim was sittingd with the dangerous article.
