Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are members of the Daejeon-dong Branch G Young-dong Branch Branch (hereinafter referred to as the “G”) in which G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “G”) is a subdivision affiliated with the national metal trade union, which is an industrial trade union at a nationwide level, and is affiliated with the Daejeon-dong Branch (hereinafter referred to as the “G Young-dong Branch”).
At around 12:40 on April 3, 2015, the Defendants conspired to do so, at the entrance of G Young-dong cafeteria located in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-dong, the victim I who is not a member of the metal labor union (hereinafter “G labor union”) but a member of the G labor union (hereinafter “G labor union”), and there is G workers, and (i) Defendant A did so to the victim, including “I I am flick-gu, I am flick-gu, I am flick-gu, I am flick-gu, I am flick-gu, I son am.
