A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 14, 2017, the Defendant of criminal records was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of assault at the Jung-gu District Court on February 22, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2017, and on September 5, 2018, the Incheon District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on September 18, 2018.
2. The Defendant married the victim B on September 14, 2015 and divorced on April 18, 2017.
On January 6, 2017, the Defendant of the Special Injury and Property Damage: (a) around 01:00, the victim (e.g., the 32 years of age) was living in the inner room of the above residence; and (b) the victim, who is living in the bed, ball because of the fact that the victim (e.g., the 32 years of age), was living in the bed by another man, shall do so in accordance with the daily order of the same walk walk; (b) the victim, “Walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk, which is dangerous in the main room; and (c) three of the victim’s face walk walk walk in the market price, which is the victim’s possession of the victim’s car walk.
