A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 12, 2012, between 13:00 and 14:51, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven a freight vehicle from the 102-dong apartment lot located in the Seocho-si from the 102-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-

On May 6, 2008, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as the owner of E vehicle, operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road front of the Songsung-gun, Gangwon-do, 172-4, Gangwon-do, Seoul, and operated the said vehicle over 15 times in total from around that time to October 16 of the same year, as shown in the annexed crime list.
