Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On July 22, 2011, the Defendant, as the owner of B, was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, but operated the said motor vehicle without being covered by mandatory insurance in front of the Dudio Dudio Dudio Dudio Dudio Bamp, G.
