1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,590,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 20, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant agreed on March 22, 2012 to pay KRW 26,590,000 to the Plaintiff by April 11, 2012 due to the cause of the instant claim. The Defendant is deemed to have led to confession pursuant to Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 26,590,000 won with 20% delay damages from January 20, 2015 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, as the next day after the above contract amount was due and after the above maturity date. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 20% delay damages from January 20, 2015 to the day of full payment as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc.
