1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 120,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 4, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff asserts, as the cause of the instant claim, that the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 120,000,000 to the Plaintiff by February 28, 2015, on October 10, 2004. The Defendant is deemed to have led to confession pursuant to Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 120,000,000 won with the annual interest rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 4, 2015 to the date of full payment as the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case after the date of payment of the contract, as requested by the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking such payment is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
