Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.259% from a 100-meter distance range in the old sea from the front of the SM5 vehicle in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front road of the 100-meter range in the same street.
