Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2017, the Defendant driven a BN car with approximately 10 meters alcohol level of about 0.137% while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.137% from the 10-meter section to the front of the road at the Dondong parking lot located in Jin-dong at Gu, Sinsi, Sin-si.
