Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person with no military service.

On July 26, 2017, the Defendant received the notice of convening a call for military force mobilization training under the name of the head of the Seoul Regional Military Affairs Administration of the Republic of Korea, which caused military forces mobilization training scheduled to be conducted in the 56 association supplementary training site in the Goyang-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Seoul, from August 22, 2017 to August 24, 2017, under the name of the Defendant’s mother C, immediately after the Defendant received the notice of convening the military force mobilization training under the name of the head of the 56 association supplementary training site.

Nevertheless, he did not enlist at the designated date without justifiable grounds.
