Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person with no military service.

On February 12, 2018, the Defendant received a notice of convening a call for military force mobilization training under the name of the head of the Seoul Regional Military Affairs Administration, which caused military force mobilization training conducted by 75 association 208 joint and several units from March 20, 2018 to March 22, 2018 through his father C, his father, who is his father.

However, without justifiable grounds, the defendant did not enlist in the above designated date and time.
