If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:05 on November 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 that “A person under the influence of alcohol will enjoy on the roadside; (b) the police officer, who was a police officer belonging to the Cheongju Police Station C District District, wanted to take her home home from the police officer assigned to the Cheongju Police Station C District District; (c) 2 to 3 to 2 to 3 to 2 to tights of D by hand; (d) her chest into a place other than his house; (d) her house, she asked her house, her hand, and her chest into a place other than her house, thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties.
