Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 21:20 on March 31, 201, at the front corridor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul apartment building B, Seoul around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) on the so-called Eunpyeong-gu Seoul apartment building B, at around 1003, opened several types of portraits in drinking, opened a door, and sound after receiving a report; and (b) called the Defendant, the circumstances surrounding the Seoul Western Police Station C District of Seoul Seo-gu, Seoul, where D are located where the house is located; and (c) the Defendant “Iskina, Iskin.

In doing so, the term "the 112 police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases was obstructed by assaulting the 112 police officer's breath by making D's breath with double fingers, making D's breath with strong wall, booming his/her breast with drinking, etc.
