1. Of the instant lawsuit, the Jeonju District Court rendered 2006Kahap2003 Deposit against the Defendant’s Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 29, 1994, the Defendant entered into a contract to establish a right to lease on a deposit basis with respect to the third floor of 379.55 square meters among the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s land-based building (hereinafter “instant building”) on the following grounds: (a) on July 29, 1994, the Defendant entered into a lease on a deposit basis with the term of KRW 100 million; and (b) on June 30, 1996; and (c) completed the registration of the establishment of a right to lease on a deposit basis with respect to

(B) The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for lease on a deposit basis with the term of July 15, 1996 to the end of July 15, 1998, and completed the registration of change of the right to lease on a deposit basis on August 7, 1996. In addition, on July 15, 1996, the Defendant entered into a contract for lease on a deposit basis (hereinafter referred to as “each of the contract for lease on a deposit basis”) with the Plaintiff and the Defendant on a deposit basis with the fourth floor of 379.5 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “the lease portion of this case”) from among the instant buildings, for the lease on a deposit basis with the term of 10 million won and the term of 15 July 198 (hereinafter referred to as “each of the contract for lease on a deposit basis”), and completed the registration of establishment of the right to lease on a deposit basis on a deposit basis on a deposit basis on the building of this case

(C) Each of the instant chonsegwon was transferred from C on October 14, 2003, and each of the instant chonsegwon was completed on October 15, 2003.

B. The Plaintiff was fully paid KRW 200 million in accordance with the instant contract to lease on a deposit basis.

The Defendant occupied the leased portion of this case and notified the Plaintiff of the termination of each of the contract to lease on a deposit basis on November 2005 and notified the return of KRW 200 million, but did not receive it from the Plaintiff.

Accordingly, on February 6, 2007, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff for the lease deposit under the Jeonju District Court’s Military Branch Branch 2006Gahap2003, and on February 6, 2007, a compromise between the Plaintiff and the Defendant was established and the protocol of compromise (hereinafter “instant protocol of compromise”) was prepared.
