On April 2, 1999, a corporation with able to change the ownership relationship of the mentioned real estate has completed registration of preservation of ownership of the real estate listed in the attached Form (hereinafter referred to as the "real estate in this case").

On October 25, 2003, able unemployment Co., Ltd. sold the instant real estate to C, and C completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 4, 2003.

C on April 7, 2006, the real estate in this case was sold to Korea-style Company Unemployment, and on April 13, 2006, the limited company Hanmo Unemployment completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 13, 2006

On May 25, 2009, HanMo Employment Co., Ltd. sold the instant real estate to D, and D completed the registration of transfer of ownership on June 1, 2009.

The right to lease on a deposit basis, which was cancelled before the auction of this case, is not separately stated.

On July 7, 199, the Defendant’s right to lease on a deposit basis with respect to 52m2 square meters north north of the first floor among the instant real estate (the change of KRW 34 million) and the term of the contract to lease on a deposit basis was determined as of March 12, 200, between E and E, and E completed the registration of the establishment of a right to lease on a deposit basis on a deposit basis on July 8, 199.

On December 3, 2001, F and F entered into a contract to establish a right to lease on a deposit basis with respect to 254.5 square meters north north of the second floor among the real estate in this case as of December 3, 2001, and between December 3, 2001 and December 3, 2006. The F completed the registration of establishment of a right to lease on a deposit basis on January 23, 2002.

Between G on March 10, 2002 and G on March 16, 2002, with respect to 162.95 square meters north of the first floor among the instant real property, a contract to establish a right to lease on a deposit basis was concluded between 120 million won and March 10, 2005 with respect to the lease on a deposit basis, and between March 10, 2002 and March 10, 2005. G completed the registration of the lease on a deposit basis on March 16, 2002.

G transferred to H on June 5, 2003 a right to lease on a deposit basis on the north 162.95 square meters of the first floor among the instant real property, and H completed the additional registration of the right to lease on a deposit basis on July 2, 2003.
