The Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment of innocence against the Defendants is publicly announced.

Reasons

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. Defendant A is an employer who employs approximately 50 full-time workers from March 31, 2014 to December 31, 2015, as the representative of F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) in racing-si (hereinafter “instant company”) and operates the service business.

1) An employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall pay wages, compensations, and any other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred if the worker dies or retires.

B. Defendant B is an employer who employs approximately fifty full-time workers from January 2, 2016 to June 9, 2016 as the representative of the instant company located in E at the time of racing and operates the service business.

1) An employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall pay wages, compensations, and any other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred if the worker dies or retires.

Nevertheless, the defendant is the workplace of the above company.
