Each of the instant public prosecutions is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant, as the representative of the corporation C in racing-si, employs approximately 31 workers at all times, and operates a seal and other skin-handling company, and he is the representative of the corporation E in racing-si, who employs approximately 7 workers at all times and operates a vessel composition-manufacturing company.

1. Violation of the Labor Standards Act;

(a) An employer who violates the Labor Standards Act for Workers F shall pay wages, compensations, or any other money or valuables, within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred, if the worker dies or retires;

2. Violation of the Guarantee of Retirement Benefits of Workers;

(a) An employer who violates the Guarantee of Retirement Benefits for Workers F, shall, in case where a worker retires, pay the worker a retirement allowance within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay 14,756,871 won of F's retirement allowance of the retired worker on October 30, 2016 at the port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of port of 14 days from the date of retirement.

(b) An employer who violates the Guarantee of Retirement Benefits for Workers G shall, if a worker retires, pay the worker a retirement allowance within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;
