A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. At the same time and place as above, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender on the criminal facts set forth in paragraph (1); and (b) plucked up G with the body of the body about to board the patrol vehicle; and (c) assaulted G hand by plucking, plucking, etc. of G hand.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the 112 report processing by police officers and the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.
