Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:20 on February 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim E and the victim F, who were police officers belonging to the Dongcheon Police Station D District, called the victim E and the victim F, who were dispatched by the Defendant on the receipt of a report that the Defendant avoided the disturbance without paying the singing expenses; and (b) expressed that “the victim E and the victim F, who were the police officers belonging to the Dongcheon Police Station D Zone D, had a large number of visitors and employees of the said singing, and expressed the desire to “sprink, sprink, name, police spons, spons, and spons,” while continuing to listen to the victims of the said singing at the same time.

2. The Defendant: (a) obstructed the police officer’s performance of official duties by assaulting the police officer’s chests, such as blocking the police officer from front of the patrol car; (b) intending to open the door; and (c) intending to open the door; and (d) seeing that the police officer’s chests of the police officer G, who continued to receive a request for assistance, interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reports and patrol.
