The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

From December 1, 2014, the Defendant is a person who was in office as the representative director of “B” (former “C”) from around December 1, 2014, and as of June 4, 2018, to “B”.

On April 1, 2019, the Defendant had prepared documents necessary for the cancellation of the right to collateral, in which the foregoing company is responsible for registration, and had been already issued and kept in the name of the above company.

1. Around March 31, 2019, the Defendant altered the official document by using a computer at the Defendant’s residence located in the Da apartment E of Overcheon-si, Anncheon-si around May 2018, the Defendant revised the date of issuance of a certificate of the personal seal impression of the said company issued by Annyangyang registry to March 13, 2019, using the design editing program called “F” and printed it out.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant changed one certificate of personal seal impression of B corporation under the name of the officer in charge of computerized management of the Office of Court Administration Information, which is an official document.

2. Around April 1, 2019, the Defendant presented his/her altered official document certificate to H certified judicial scrivener at the second-class certified judicial scrivener office of G building G building G building in Namyang-si, as if he/she was actually issued the said certificate, and the said certified judicial scrivener who is aware of such alteration had the said certified judicial scrivener present his/her certificate of seal impression as if he/she were issued a true certificate, and had the said certified judicial scrivener present the said certificate of seal impression as an accompanying document when he/she received the case of application for cancellation of mortgage registration
