A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant committed each of the following crimes in a state that mental disorders caused by dementia, etc., including dementia, lack the ability to discern things or make decisions:

1. On March 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) laid down a candle dlelele c house in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in which the victim B, who is the Defendant’s son, resides; and (b) broken off the above window so that the market price cannot be known by cutting off the candle dle cle gate that is located therein without any justifiable reason.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. On March 1, 2020, the Defendant injured by special obstruction of performance of official duties, at around 18:11, the place indicated in the above paragraph 1., and at around 200:12, “The father’s son shouldered his house glass,” the victim slope E (ma, 33 years old) who is a police officer belonging to the Daegu Police Station, dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, was correct and attempted to talk with the Defendant. On the other hand, the Defendant collected a stone (18cm in length, 12cm in width, and 6cm in height) which is a dangerous object within the chemical area of the victim, and suffered approximately two weeks back in the left side of the victim’s left part where treatment is required.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reports and maintenance of order, thereby causing the injury of police officers.

1. On February 27, 2020, the Defendant causing special property damage: (a) was boarding at the head of I individual taxi operation of the victim H in front of the G hospital located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and (b) was driving in the direction of the four streets from the day on which at around 10:00 on the same day, the Defendant was driving in the direction of the four streets, and (c) was driving in the direction of the four streets, and (d) the Defendant was driving in front of the JI at around 10:0 on the same day, and (e) the Defendant was driving in the direction of the four streets, and (e) the Defendant was driving in the direction of the victim at the end of the same time, “I will die if I will leave the court,” and (e) the Defendant was in danger of having been holding in advance, at a construction 81cm (total length of 81cc).
