1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,092,230 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 5, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments in Gap 1, 2-1 to 2-9, 3, and 4, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that from May 6, 2015 to October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff sold bonds equivalent to KRW 25,092,230 in total to Eul (hereinafter referred to as "B") and the Defendant is the managing director of Eul, and if Eul fails to pay the above bonds, the Defendant agreed to pay the above bonds in lieu of the above bonds.

On the other hand, the plaintiff is a person who has received 3 million won from B. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the remainder of the payment for the loan (=25,092,230 won - 3,000,000 won) as a guarantor or a person with a joint liability for debt, and as requested by the plaintiff, the plaintiff is liable to pay to the plaintiff 2,092,230 won (=25,092,230 won - 3,000,000 won) at the rate of 15% per annum from April 5, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
