1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,986,968 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 17, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments made by Gap 1-3, 4-1, and 4-2, the Plaintiff operating medical appliances, and manufacturing and selling medical appliances, sold medical appliances by September 30, 2019 to the defendant, who operates the sales store of medical appliances in the name of "D," but it is recognized that the Plaintiff was not paid the amount equivalent to KRW 37,986,968 as of September 30, 2019.

According to the above facts, barring any special circumstance, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 37,986,968 won of the above medical supplies and damages for delay calculated by 12% per annum from November 17, 2019 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, from the day following the day of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
