A. On January 27, 2016, the Plaintiffs completed registration of initial ownership relating to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”).

After receiving the delivery of the instant store, the Defendant: (a) performed the extension work to make the instant store into a dunes floor (hereinafter “instant extension work”); and (b) operated the secondary shop at the instant store after performing the extension work (hereinafter “instant extension work”); and (c) operated the secondary shop at the instant store.

On December 28, 2017, in order to renew the instant first lease agreement with the Defendant, the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant as stipulated in KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,200,00 (after January 29, 2018), and from January 29, 2018 to January 28, 2020 (hereinafter “the instant second lease agreement”), and the terms of the instant second lease agreement are “a lease agreement in the current state of facilities after checking the public records and the current status.”

The lessee shall restore the management office (MDF) to its original state and return it until January 28, 2019.
