1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

(a) deliver the real estate listed in Appendix 1;

(b) 3,271,30 won and its corresponding;

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 11, 2012, the Plaintiffs concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant on the said store (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with co-owners of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list (hereinafter “instant store”).

Lease deposit amount of KRW 50,000,000 per month for rent of KRW 2,00,000 (additional tax of KRW 10% separately, and payment after the eightth day of each month) and the lease term of KRW 50,000 from September 8, 2012 to September 7, 2014

B. On September 8, 2012, the Plaintiffs delivered the instant store to the Defendant pursuant to the instant lease agreement, and the Defendant agreed to pay only KRW 40,000,000 among the lease deposit, and the remainder KRW 10,000,000 by the time of payment.

C. From February 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 3,200,000 to the Plaintiffs on July 7, 2014 while the payment of rent and interest thereon was overdue.

As of July 17, 2014, and March 8, 2014, the Plaintiffs and the Defendant paid rent of KRW 10,000,000, out of the unpaid lease deposit and the unpaid lease deposit of KRW 10,000,000, and up to February 8, 2014, the lease deposit for the unpaid lease deposit was paid. As of July 8, 2014, the amount paid from April 8, 2014 to July 8, 2014, and the amount of KRW 8,00,00,000 ( separate value-added tax) and the lease deposit for KRW 9,00,00,000 and the amount paid until July 8, 2014, the Plaintiffs were not paid for each of the following three months on the premise that each of the instant lease contract was paid to KRW 30,000,000,000 and KRW 30,05,000,000.

The plaintiffs and the defendant have renewed the lease contract for the store of this case on the date of the preparation of the above letter as follows.
