Punishment of the crime
To the extent that it does not infringe on the defendants' right of defense, the wording of the facts charged was partly revised.
Defendants are as follows: (a) the foreign workers of Thailand nationality who were illegally staying in the Republic of Korea; (b) the Defendants A and B came to know from around 2010 to around 2011 when they were staying in Israel; and (c) the Defendants B and C were to know when they were staying in the Republic of Korea around 2018.

1. From July 16, 2018 to around the 18th of the same month, the importing Defendant A requested the Defendant B to send an address capable of receiving international postal items containing the Defendant’s need to contact with “J” app Meet from around the 18th of the same month. Defendant B and C also notified the address of a farm located in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, K (hereinafter “annual farm”), and conspired to import the said international postal items in a way that: (a) the said international postal items were received after having ceased to work as a cheon farm on July 31, 2018; and (b) the said international postal items were divided into A and B.

Defendant B and C, on August 2, 2018, who did not arrive at the date the said postal item was promised, moved from the Japanese farm and from the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and the Defendants checked whether the said postal item arrive.
On August 4, 2018, the names infinites residing in Thailand: (a) stored a total of 1,314 finites and approximately 6 g of liquid dinites mixed with finites inside vinyl in a vinyl rod, stored them in a box, and stored them in the box, and then entered “LL” and “K of Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do,” and sent them to international special mail (e.g., item number: M).
