A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2014, at around 22:43, the Defendant driven L 5 car under the influence of alcohol with about 10k alcohol concentration of about 0.122% from the 10km section of the Gyeonggi-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the Gyeonggi-gu Yyang-gu Seo-gu Pream Zone.
