A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2015, at around 05:04, the Defendant was driving a B-hurged car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.128% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 30 kilometers from the mother city in Seongbuk-gu to the lower part of the Haaker Center in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu.
