A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

On August 8, 2019, the Defendant, using the ID and password of the account identified by the victim, connected to the victim’s account (ID) around 00:37 on August 8, 2019, and transferred 45 game items to the account (ID) in which the Defendant used the Defendant, such as the “Ebackiki” worth KRW 5 million at the market price stored in the above account.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits by inputting and altering information without authority in the data processing device, such as computer, etc.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the victim receives an item.

The Defendant, as such, deceiving the victim and deceiving him/her from the victim, is over the market price around August 6, 2019.
