Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Busan District Court. On June 30, 2015, the parole period expired on September 17, 2015. On October 21, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 24, 2017.

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed one of the instant online game “Wnb Bule” users, using one of the following methods: “I am from the other party’s account under the pretext of harming B,” making false words as if you would see “I am,” thereby taking advantage of the other party’s account, to acquire profits by moving the game items into the third party’s account and selling them.

A. On October 18, 2016, Defendant A: (a) lent the ID and password of “I” to the online game “blick Blick,” from a person in a name in the name in order to use the ID and password from “I”; and (b) misrepresentation of “I” to “I” and “I” to the victim J who was in a flat online relationship with “I borrowed the account to a certain extent,” and the victim informed the Defendant of the ID and password, which is one’s own account.

Although the Defendants received only the authority to transfer the item to another account, as seen above, and did not obtain the authority to transfer the item of the above account, Defendant A connected to “B B B B,” Defendant B applied for the exchange of game items to Defendant A using the “K account,” and Defendant A transferred the game items worth KRW 3,158,323, the market value of the victim’s possession in the “K account by accepting it.”

Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
