1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,169,820 and KRW 26,166,713 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 34.9% per annum from June 8, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment on deemed as Confession);
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 4,169,820 won and 26,166,713 won per annum from June 8, 2017 to the date of full payment, 34.9% per annum from June 8, 2017 to the date of full payment. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 39% interest per annum from June 8, 2017 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
