1. The Defendant’s KRW 87,165,244 and KRW 3,684,665 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 34.9% per annum from February 11, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34.9% per annum for KRW 87,165,244 and KRW 3,684,65 per annum from February 11, 2017 to the date of full payment, 34.9% per annum for KRW 14,707,519 from February 11, 2017 to the date of full payment, 34.9% per annum for KRW 44.9% per annum for KRW 40,000 from February 11, 2017 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
