A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2014. 1. 3. 23:00경 김포시 C에 있는 ‘D’ 주점에서 일행들과 술을 마시던 중 옆 테이블에 있던 피해자 E(47세), F(59세) 등이 강화 출신 사람들을 비하하는 취지의 얘기를 하는 것으로 생각하고 화가 나, 위험한 물건인 맥주병을 들고 피해자들에게 다가가 위 E을 향해 휘두르고 발로 정강이 부위를 걷어 찼으며, 위 맥주병으로 위 F의 머리 부위를 1회 때렸다.
