Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Building Act;

(a) A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from a Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission from November 201 to December 2, 2011 of the same year, 202.28 square meters of the above building 142.28 square meters, extended the 3rd floor of the 102.26 square meters square meters of the above building to 6 households, 102.26 square meters of the building to 5 households, and 11 multi-family houses of 3 households permitted by installing toilets and kitchens in each room, and installing separate entrances.

(b) A person who intends to construct or repair a building with a total floor area of at least 85 square meters shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission, expanded the two households of a building on the rooftop of a building in the above paragraph (a) date and time, and on the 101.95 square meters.

2. A person who intends to construct or repair a building, etc. in violation of the Parking Lot Act shall establish an annexed parking lot so that vehicles from the number prescribed by the related Acts and subordinate statutes may be parked.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not establish an annexed parking lot with ten percent of the total one for each additional ten household required for the addition, while making large repairs and extension of the multi-family house in the same time and place as the above paragraph (1).
