A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle for gallon B.

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was driven on February 23, 2014 by the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.210% from blood alcohol concentration on February 12, 2014, the Defendant was driving ahead of the Yancheon-gu, Yannam-gu, Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gu, Samcheon-gu

At the time, the Defendant, due to drinking, was negligent in failing to properly see the front-time of the Defendant’s vehicle due to the fact that he was able to take a walk and uneasible condition due to drinking, followed the front-time part of the DNF or other car driven by the victim C (the age of 45) who was driving in front of the Defendant’s vehicle, and caused the above damaged vehicle to be pushed down in the future, and led the victim E (the age of 58) to fYF or other vehicle, which was driven by the victim E (the age of 58).

As a result, the Defendant, while driving in a state where normal driving is difficult due to drinking, suffered injury to the victims, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury to G (63 years and older,) who boarded the said FYF Bana vehicle with passengers aboard the said FYF Bana vehicle for about five weeks, respectively.
