A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. Criminal facts;

A. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) d restaurant from January 29, 2013 to December 22:30, 2013, drank together with workplace rent, and the Defendant’s drinking was one-half of the liquor’s disease.
