A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of C&L car not covered by mandatory insurance.

On September 27, 2016, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle from around 15:00, the Defendant started driving the relevant motor vehicle at a section of about 85 km from around 17:10 on the same day to around 390 in the school of Ansan-si, Anyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si
