Punishment of the crime

1. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving around 09:30 on July 16, 2018, and without a vehicle driver’s license, driving approximately 20 km from the sM3 car volume owned by the Defendant to the underground parking lot located in the Silung-si, Suwon-dong, Suwon-si, Silung-si, Silung-si, and 7 km-si.

2. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall not operate any motor vehicle on the road, as a person who owns the above BM3 motor vehicle, and which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
