Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Defendant A

가. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일시 및 장소에서 위 사건으로 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 일산 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 경장 G이 피고인을 현행범인 체포하여 순찰차에 태우려고 하자 갑자기 ' 야! 씹새끼들 아, 니들이 뭔 데 나를 끌고 가, 개새끼들 아 욕먹을 짓 만 해 라 씹새끼들 아, 내가 수배자인데 아는 동생들 다 풀어서 니들 죽여 버린다 '라고 욕설하며 G의 얼굴에 침을 뱉고 발로 G의 배 부위를 수회 찼다.

나. 공용 물건 손상 피고인은 위 일 시경 고양시 일산 서구 H에 있는 일산 경찰서 F 지구대에서 위와 같이 현행범인 체포되어 조사를 받던 도중 약 1 시간에 걸쳐 ‘ 니들 하나하나 다 찾아가서 죽여 버린다, 씨 발 새끼들 아 맞짱 뜨자 ’라고 욕설하면서 그곳에 설치된 적외선 감지기를 발로 차 부수었다....
