A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in Daejeon District Court on January 12, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Prison on September 13, 2017.

1. On May 6, 2019, the Defendant provided C with philophones without compensation by dilutioning approximately 0.03 g of philophones into Category C’s arms by dilution them into a single-use stuffing machine at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. On July 3, 2019, from around 16:00 to around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) parked on the roads around the west-gu D apartment in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) received KRW 1 million from the above C; and (c) sold 2.1g of philophones in three of the single-use injection equipment.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. A. Around February 2020, the Defendant: (a) on February 2020, the Defendant: (b) displayed one rubber string in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Chungcheongnamcheon-gu, Chungcheongnamcheon-gu; (c) displayed a pipe-shaped glass pipe capable of heating the penphone on the other side; (d) put about approximately 0.2g of the pipe-shaped pipe on the glass pipe; and (e) administered a phiphone by putting a smoke generated by heating the glass pipe containing the alcohol lamps into the rubber string; and (e) put the glass pipe on the glass pipe, putting about 0.2g of the pipe-shaped; and (e) put the glass pipe containing the alcohol lamps into it.

B. On July 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 04:30 on July 26, 2020, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07g of philophones into a single-use injection machine; and (b) spraying them into the upper part of the upper part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the case.

C. On July 28, 2020, the Defendant, around 05:00 on July 28, 2020, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution them into the upper part of the upper part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the lower part of the judgment.
