A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BNAS car;

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) within a section of about 10km from the date and time border specified in the above paragraph (1) above to the point 15.2km from the front day of the Lonnam City to the right intersection direction of the Seoul outer cycle Highway.
