Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2014, at around 05:20, the Defendant: (a) reported fighting on the street B in front of the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu; (b) the police officer belonging to the Sungnam-gu Police Station of the Sungnam-gu Police Station, called the Defendant and D, prevented the Defendant from fighting; (c) the Defendant, while taking a bath, took the face of C one time at his/her hand, and obstructed the Defendant from performing his/her legitimate duties on the maintenance of public order and security of C by the police officer.
