The sentence of punishment shall be suspended against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are members who form and work for F, a self-help group in the Agricultural Cooperatives of Jeonju.

From around 14:00 to around 16:00 on July 7, 2016, the Defendants found nine points in Jeonju-si located in the territory of Jeonju-si (pung, Pungnam-ro branch, Sungnam-ro branch, volcanic road branch, office, office, book branch, new branch, etc.) located in Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si (pung-si branch, Pungnam-ro branch, Sungnam-ro branch, Synam-ro branch, office, office, book branch, and new branch) located in the former branch of the Victim’s Office and Services Trade Union (90cm x 120cm) and spread it in the form of a test color prepared in advance to the head of the whole branch of the Victim’s Office and/or 10cm.

1. Defendant A, B, D, and C

A. On July 7, 2016, at around 13:00, the Defendants found the Jeonjin-gu branch of the Jeonjin-gu 185 with a sound of 185 Jeonjin-gu, the Defendants opened a chapter of the Daejin-gu branch of the Plaintiff’s National Office Affairs and Services Trade Union, which was attached to the left-hand glass window of the entrance of the building, and laid down on the street after being removed from the front branch of the Victim’s Office Affairs and Services Trade Union.

As a result, the Defendants jointly damaged the Chapter 28,000, which is equivalent to the market price of 28,000.

B. From around 13:40 on the same day as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendants found a branch in 175 Jeonjin-gu, Sogjin-gu, Sogjin-gu, Sogjin-gu, Jingjin-gu, Jin-gu, Seoul, and then came up in the form of a brush, which was prepared in advance, to be attached by the said injured party on the left-hand glass window of the entrance of the building.

As a result, the Defendants jointly damaged the Chapter 28,000, which is equivalent to the market price of 28,000.

2. From around 18:20 to around 18:30 on the same day, Defendants A, B, and D found the former Agricultural Co., Ltd. located in 479, as the Donjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, the Donjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City was located in 122, Jeoncheon-gu, Songcheon-gu, Jeoncheon-gu, Jeoncheon-gu, Seoul, Inc., and then prepared in advance for the said damage to be removed from the 18:20 on the right side wall and glass window of the building entrance.
