A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who newly constructs a fish farm under the name of E fishery partnership corporation (hereinafter “instant association”) in Seopoposi C and D (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendant is a person who newly constructs a fish farm under the name of J fishery partnership corporation in the name of F, G, H, and I (hereinafter “instant adjacent land”).
