A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

A seized Rater (No. 2) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 28, 2014, the Defendant complained of violence while having people and gatherings who were aware of it through the Pyeongtaek Internet C website, and reported 112.

As a result of the above reporting procedure, the defendant was put to the Incheon Samsan Police Station.

The Defendant did not investigate the criminal cases working at the above police station criminal team on the ground that he/she was under the influence of his/her reporter, and sent gasoline to her body before the death and the above criminal cases, and sent the above police station with a fire by attaching it to his/her body.

The Defendant purchased a horse from the above Samsan Police Station and from the neighboring convenience store.

The Defendant continuously purchased gasoline 2 liter in a gas station near the above police station by continuously putting them in a water tank.

On March 28, 2014, around 05:25:25, the Defendant concealed the gasoline in an authorized plastic plastic bag as the criminal team office of the Incheon Samsan Police Station, and tried to spread the gasoline on his/her own head, and attempted to remove the gasoline on his/her own head, while the above police station criminal case and the criminal E, who belongs to the above police station, did not go further by putting the Defendant’s hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant prepared fire prevention against the existing building E, etc.

2. Around March 28, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties regarding criminal investigation of the above E, by threatening the said E by setting fire to the office of the criminal team of the above police station using gasoline, which is a dangerous object, at the criminal team office of the above police station.
