Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:05 on March 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol on the road front of the Cheongcheon-gu, Seocheon-si, 251, the Defendant received a 112 report from the drunk that a drunk person was in danger of using it on the road; and (b) asked the victim C, a police officer belonging to the Seocheon-gu, the Police Station B District B District, to help him/her return to the Defendant and help him/her return to the Defendant; (c) where his/her house is located; and (d) the Defendant asked the victim of his/her house during his/her surveillance. On March 24, 2014, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of insult, such as Paragraph (1), and was transferred to the B district located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and was asked by the above patrolman C about his personal information, etc., and committed assault to the right face of the above C at one time by taking out his or her personal information, etc., from the above patrolman C., “I am, Machip, Machie, Machie, and internal offender at a large interest.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal investigation of the victim C.
