1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a e-cub vehicle B.

1. On August 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.189% in a section of about 4km from around the 11:50th of August 201, 2013, to the front day of the gas station in the city of the captain of the Busan-gun, the Busan-gun, the captain of the vessel, who was under the influence of alcohol by 0.189% in blood alcohol level.
